Although these photos were shot in the middle of winter, you can still see the quality of the renovations that the PUFF team completed at the site. The original building was an old Family Video location which had been closed and abandoned for several years. The neglect had taken it;s toll, the building and site were an eyesore and a detriment to Menominee.

PUFF spent close to $2,000,000 renovating the building, and making it one of the nicest properties in Menominee. PUFF also bought the two adjacent buildings behind the main site so that they could insulate the business from the neighborhood behind them.

Add to this amount the fees paid to the city during the application process, the effort of hiring employees, and the community outreach performed by PUFF and you’ll see that the total investment that PUFF made in Menominee was well over 4 million dollars.
